Melissa Suzanne George is an actress, model, inventor, and businesswoman from Australia. Her career began in Australia and eventually moved to Hollywood, where she had great fame and success. George who is from Perth in Western Australia was originally interested in dance and roller skating. She also enjoyed artistic roller skating. She first began modeling in her early teens and received the honour of being named Western Australia's Teenage Model for the year in 1992. Her screen debut came that year with the episode of the Seven Network's soap series Home and Away. Her debut appearance on the big screen Dark City's mystery thriller she acted in a range of supporting roles as a supporting actress in Alias The Limey, Down with Love as well as other productions before securing her first lead role in a lead female role on popular Hollywood in 2005's remake The Amityville Horror. She is currently among the top-rated Australian foreigners in the American film and entertainment industry. George is an entrepreneurial and has brought her invention Style Snaps to the market.
